My lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a message you have sent me) and, where work follows, performance of a contract.

I do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Any email you send me is held within my email provider (Heart Internet). This website is hosted on Figma Sites. Both process data on my behalf. Some may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
I keep your email only as long as needed to deal with your message, and any client project records for the duration of our work and up to six years afterwards to meet legal and tax obligations. Anything no longer needed is deleted.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to my use of your information, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email me at
